As part of the operationalisation of the Gender and Youth Working Group (GYWG), YPARD and CORAF are launching the IRC Cafés - a mentorship-focused webinar series designed to support young professionals and women navigating careers in research and innovation within the AU–EU landscape.
The IRC Cafés are intended as preliminary engagements that spark interest in longer-term mentorship, peer learning, and professional networking pathways within the IRC ecosystem. Through interactive conversations with experienced researchers and professionals, participants will gain practical career insights, exposure to emerging agrifood research agendas, and opportunities to engage with key stakeholders in research and innovation.
